These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdtbed ("bdtbed", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bdtbed website, mobile platform, and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting, promotions, and customer support ("the Platform").

By accessing the Platform — whether by browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or playing any game — you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

bdtbed reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or on-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms apply to all players accessing the Platform from Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. The Platform is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any commercial exploitation of the Platform or its content is strictly prohibited.

Where any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that term or any other term.

Access to the bdtbed Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are using your own funds to wager.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close relative of an employee of bdtbed or any of its affiliated game studio partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had your account closed for breach of these Terms.

Age Verification: bdtbed takes its obligation to prevent under-age gambling seriously. You may be required to submit documentation to verify your age at any point, including at registration, at withdrawal, or at any time bdtbed reasonably suspects that an account holder may be under 18 years of age. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Funds held in an account found to belong to an under-age individual will be returned minus any winnings generated, which will be voided.

18+ Only: The bdtbed Platform does not provide services to individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances. If you are under 18, you must not attempt to register, deposit, or access any real-money games or betting markets on this Platform.

bdtbed strongly encourages parents and guardians to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms.

Registration Requirements

To access real-money games, sports betting markets, and promotional offers on bdtbed, you must first register a Player Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Player Account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts. Any bonus credits or winnings accrued through duplicate accounts will be voided, and any real-money deposits held in such accounts will be subject to review before return.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdtbed login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bdtbed will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arise from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the bdtbed support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. bdtbed will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the account pending verification.

bdtbed uses OTP (one-time password) verification and SSL encryption to protect account access and financial transactions. You are encouraged to use a strong, unique password for your bdtbed account and to change it regularly.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

bdtbed may request identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, when a suspicious transaction is flagged, or when required for compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the temporary restriction of account functionality, including withdrawal processing.

Currency & Accepted Payment Methods

All transactions on the bdtbed Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. bdtbed does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bdtbed accepts no responsibility.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 2 to 5 minutes. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 1 business day to reflect in your account balance. bdtbed does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

bdtbed reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used to make a deposit. If proof cannot be provided, bdtbed may refund the deposit to its original source and restrict the account pending further verification.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 2 to 6 hours. Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard may take 1 to 3 business days. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the account, except where bdtbed's support team has expressly approved an alternative method in writing.

bdtbed reserves the right to carry out additional identity and payment verification before approving any withdrawal. Pending withdrawal requests may be delayed if KYC documentation has not been completed. Real-money balances that include active bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. bdtbed reserves the right to deduct an inactivity fee from dormant account balances in accordance with its prevailing dormancy policy, which will be communicated to the account holder prior to any deduction being applied.

bdtbed offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out here and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion terms, which may include minimum deposit thresholds, game-type restrictions, or time-limited claim windows.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements"). Until the full wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play cannot be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots may contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or may not contribute at all. The applicable contribution rates are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain at expiry will be forfeited. Expired bonuses will not be reinstated under any circumstances.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• bdtbed reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

Abuse and Fraud Prevention

bdtbed monitors bonus claims and wagering activity to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal financial exposure, collusion between accounts, use of automated betting software, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, bdtbed reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the account.

Seasonal promotions aligned with key dates in the Bangladeshi calendar — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and T20 World Cup periods — are subject to additional eligibility and timing restrictions as stated in the respective promotion pages. Promotional bonuses cannot be combined with other active offers unless explicitly permitted.

Casino Games

All casino games available on bdtbed — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, Teen Patti, and Andar Bahar — are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. bdtbed uses certified random number generation to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, server error, or software failure — any bet in progress at the time of the malfunction will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance. bdtbed is not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control.

Sports Betting

Sports betting on bdtbed covers cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other markets as made available from time to time. Odds are expressed in decimal format and are subject to change prior to bet placement. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled bet.

Live in-play bets are subject to a brief suspension period during significant match events (wickets, goals, timeouts). bdtbed reserves the right to void in-play bets placed during a suspension window if the outcome of the relevant event was already known at the time the bet was placed.

Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for the relevant sport and market, which are available on the betting rules page within the Platform. As a general rule, bets on postponed matches will be voided if the match is not completed within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time.

Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. bdtbed reserves the right to impose individual account-level betting limits at its discretion, including where unusual or suspicious wagering patterns are identified.

By using the bdtbed Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these Terms. You acknowledge that the Platform is provided for personal entertainment only and that you will not use it for any commercial, fraudulent, or unlawful purpose.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or depositing funds on behalf of a third party.
• Using automated betting software, bots, macros, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by bdtbed.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or glitches in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings accrued through the exploitation of a known or suspected error will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity that seeks to use the Platform as a vehicle for financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without lawful authorisation to do so.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdtbed staff or other players via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or any social platform.

Any breach of the above prohibitions may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the voiding of all pending bets and bonus balances, and the withholding of any withdrawals pending investigation. In serious cases involving fraud, money laundering, or criminal conduct, bdtbed reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

All content on the bdtbed Platform — including but not limited to the bdtbed brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and underlying source code — is owned by or licensed to bdtbed and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any Platform content; create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; or use any content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of bdtbed.

Game content displayed on the Platform — including game graphics, soundtracks, and mechanics — is the intellectual property of the respective game studios (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is used under licence. Any unauthorised reproduction of game content is a violation of those studios' intellectual property rights as well as these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdtbed expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including losses caused by technical malfunctions, server downtime, network interruptions, or third-party payment processing delays.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information or content published on the Platform, including odds, game rules, or promotional terms.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, even if bdtbed has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits bdtbed's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. bdtbed's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your bdtbed account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus balances remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited.

If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons — including problem gambling concerns — please refer to the self-exclusion process described in Section 11. Self-exclusion closures are processed with priority and additional safeguards to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period.

Suspension or Closure by bdtbed

bdt bed reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Use of prohibited software, collusion, or any form of cheating.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account restriction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bdtbed will communicate the reason for suspension and the expected resolution timeframe to the account holder. Where an account is permanently closed for breach of these Terms, any real-money balance held (net of any voided bonus funds or winnings) will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method following the completion of any investigation, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools

Entire Agreement

They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
